KAPsure™ II

KAPsure™ II is designed to simplify the process of putting small but sophisticated electronics in a KAP rig. The system consists of an aerial controller and a ground controller.

Aerial Controller

The KAPsure™ II aerial board does all the functions most people would need on their KAP rigs. No other radios, video circuits or camera triggering devices are needed. Connectors on the circuit board allow connections to pan, tilt and shutter servos, IR transmitter and video from the camera.

Ground Controller

The ground controller is based on a Game Boy Advance SP. This makes the controller small and light with a sunlight-readable LCD. A circuit attached to the back of the Game Boy provides radio communications with the aerial controller and a MiniSD card interface for configuring the system.
